Application of Custom Vinyl Lettering

Dry Mounting

Step 1: Clean and dry the surface before application.
Step 2: Place the graphics in the correct position.
Step 3: Remove a part of the backing paper and attach the exposed section.
Step 4: Remove the rest and adhere the remaining part of the material.
Step 5: Use a squeegee or plastic card to remove any air bubbles.
Step 6: Work your way from the center to the edges to smooth out the adhesive.

Note: Remember that you won’t be able to reposition the product once attached. Follow the visual guide to quickly install your vinyl letters.

Defective product and support refused to help resolve the issue and replace my order. They kept asking me to take pictures and videos but the product is a disaster I wouldn't even know where to begin to take a picture of it. The backing never came off and could not get it off whatever we did. The transfer paper came off and the vinyl is stuck to the backing impossible to get off.

Seems OK but cardboard package got left outside by FedEx and got wet. Contents were saturated & wrinkled :-(. Hopefully will still transfer properly. Product should have been shipped in waterproof packaging.
