Custom Event Tents
Custom event tents are ideal for branding at outdoor occasions. Square Signs offers commercial canopy tents with dye sublimation printing, a durable tent canvas and sturdy hardware. Create custom event tents from scratch or by using one of the sign templates on our sign design tool. We’ll ship them to you anywhere within the US and Canada.
Pop Up Event Tent Printing
We manufacture our custom event tents with 6oz. tent fabric and heavy-duty hardware. All the parts come in a carry bag. The top canopy is the same for each product variant we offer but you can add one, two, three or four side walls as needed.
You can select event tent half walls, full walls or other canopy products and personalize them to suit your needs. We use long-lasting dye sublimation printing for our custom event tents. If you get a pop up event tent with one or two sidewalls, we offer double-sided printing for them.

Size and Assembly of an Event Canopy Tent
The standard canopy we offer is 119"x84.21" in size. However, the frame canopy tent poles have adjustable heights.
The custom event tents arrive with all components packed into a box. Open and adjust the legs of the frame first to set it up. Use the footplate to hammer a stake through it into the ground to hold the product in place. After positioning the hardware, open the canopy for the top. If there are any walls, they should be attached between the poles using the velcro straps provided.

- You can buy event tents online on our website. Use our online design platform to create your product from scratch. If you need ideas, browse our modifiable templates to customize pop up tents that suit your style and event theme. We also have a large selection of similar products including feather flags that can be customized on our platform in minutes.
- Our commercial canopy tents have telescopic legs that control the height of the tent. Stakes pass through footplates on the bottom of each leg to fix the pop-up event tent into the ground. The wall is attached to the poles using velcro straps and the canopy is placed on top of the frame.
- We don’t recommend retracting the structure of custom event tents while the illustration walls are still attached to it.
- Yes. You can also get double-sided printing if you get side walls. Upload the artwork for each side of the commercial canopy tents to get the design you want or contact us for assistance.
- We recommend hand washing the printed canopy tent illustrations using a soft brush, warm water and light soap. The commercial canopy tents cannot be machine-washed.
