Self Adhesive Foam Board Printing

The front face of our foam with adhesive backing is made of a clay-coated paper. The back side is an adhesive surface that allows the product to stick to the application area. It’s intended for short to mid-term interior usage. Our adhesive back foam comes in white with 3/16” thickness which is appropriate for medium-sized displays. Just like our acrylic signs, this product is printed using UV inks. We offer only one-sided printing for self adhesive foam core board displays. This product has self-stick mounting, so the second side cannot display any graphics.

Sizes and Shapes of Self Adhesive Foam Boards

The sizes of our foam with sticky back range between 4”x4” and 48”x96”. The most common sizes of an adhesive-backed foam board we’ve been asked for are 24”x36”, 36”x48” or 16”x20”, however, we can make them in any custom size in the range we offer. Our self adhesive foam boards can be cut in these shapes:

Square/Rectangle: 90° angles with sharp corners for a classic, structured look.
Rounded: 90° angles with smooth, rounded corners for a safer and softer finish.
Outline: Cut in the exact shape of your design for a fully custom appearance.
Overline: Cut in your design’s shape with a thin border running around it for added emphasis.

Is the adhesive foam board installation easy?: Setting up this product is simple. You need to peel off the back of the display and attach it to the wall.
Can the adhesive backed foam be used outdoors?: Outdoor usage is not recommended! But indoors, self adhesive foam displays will last longer than 25 years.
Can I get custom sizes and shapes?: Absolutely. You can choose any size from 4"x4" to 48"x96" and select a shape using square, rounded, outline or overline cuts.
Is the adhesive strong enough for all wall types?: The adhesive works best on clean, smooth indoor surfaces like drywall, glass or finished wood. For textured or porous surfaces, test a small sample first.
