Big Head Printing Technology
To make your celebrations and events more memorable, we print custom big head cutouts in various sizes and in virtually any solid shape as long as there are no other cutouts inside the photo itself. We use full color CMYK and UV-printing on foam board or PVC materials with a thickness of 3/16” and ⅛”, respectively.
As for the material choice itself, both are lightweight and easy to carry around. That being said, if you’re a perfectionist, the PVC material would be better for you, given that its edges will be cut more cleanly and evenly.

Photo Requirements for Face Cutouts
Photos should be headshots only. No full-body cutouts, and no holes in the image. Before printing your big head cutout, make sure your photo has:
- High resolution (usually 300 pixels per inch or higher);
- Good lighting;
- Is a natural headshot, since zooming in can pixelate the image and cause it to become blurry.
