The customer service personnel were great, the assisted me in changing my photo after the fact because we had the wrong one ordered to originally be designed, however even though it's noted on the original order and the one CS processed our product did not come with the holes in the top two corners as we ordered them to. We were also a little disappointed with the color, the photo we attached is clear a strong red color and we expect it to vary however the color on our product was a deep burgundy (not anything close to our company colors). We plan to use your company again as we have only been able to find the material we prefer on your site however we hope our nest product gets delivered as we expect it to.
