What are PVC Signs?
A PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sign is a rigid display made of standard and dry-erase materials. They’re affordable, lightweight, and super durable.
Custom PVC signs are suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use because they’re weather-resistant and easy to maintain. They fit offices, retail stores, cafes, restaurants, hotels, trade show booths, and business and event venues.
PVC prints serve as promotional signs for retail stores and decorative displays for hotels, offices, and other venues. Restaurants and cafes use this product as menu boards or interior displays. For trade shows, PVC signs are great informational plaques.
The product isn’t suitable for long outdoor application. The sun may cause the plaque to yellow and the printing to fade.
Create your custom PVC signs online with our intuitive design tool. You’ll get top-quality products with premium printing and fast shipping all across the US and Canada.

PVC Board Printing and Materials
We use a direct UV-curing printing method for our PVC signs. We apply UV-stable CMYK inks directly to the material, resulting in a matte or semi-matte (dry-erase face) finish. The printing process dries the inks with ultraviolet light, making the PVC board printing fade-resistant and long-lasting.
Our PVC signs are available in two materials: standard and dry-erase. Standard sheets can be black or white and 0.125”, 0.25”, or 0.5” thick. Get them in custom shapes and sizes, with single- and double-sided printing options. For double-sided plaques, you can use the same design or different designs.
PVC signs are bendable. However, don’t force them to fold, or they will break.

Custom Dry-Erase PVC Board
Dry-erase PVC boards are another type of PVC sign material we offer. It’s a 0.125” thick board with a white, semi-glossy dry-erase coating. The finish allows you to write temporary notes on the board’s surface and clean it when needed.
We apply UV printing technology for this material with single- and double-sided options. The finish of a dry-erase material turns semi-glossy after printing.

- Rounded: Your PVC board printing will be similar to a standard square or rectangular cut with smooth, rounded corners.
- Circular / Oval: PVC signs cut in circular or oval shapes look smooth and elegant. They make beautiful wall art.
- Custom Cut: Your PVC plastic signs will have the exact outline shape of your design, without any borders.

Industries Using PVC Prints Most Often
You can use PVC prints in various industries. Explore the most common places where you can meet PVC signs.

Retail PVC Signs

They feature catchy graphics, which means you can use them as PoP (Point of Purchase) displays or advertising plaques to announce new deals and seasonal sales. Create hanging department markers, wayfinding displays, and advertising boards with PVC sign printing.

Healthcare PVC Signs
Lightweight and rigid PVC signs are cost-effective materials for hospitals and medical facilities. They serve as wayfinding and informational displays. You can install PVC signs in the hospital’s corridors to highlight hygiene best practices and safety guidelines.

Restaurant PVC Prints
Restaurants use custom PVC signs to display their menus, daily specials, and table numbers. They place them near the entrance to attract tourists and passersby. The material protects the menu from tearing and spillage. It reduces waste and maintains its appearance.

Real Estate PVC Signs
Realtors place PVC board signs in the property's yard to attract renters and buyers. They also hang them on home or building facades to make their listings more visible. You can feature your name, contact information, brokerage logo, a QR code for more details, and small text on the board.
Common Uses of PVC Board Signs
A PVC sign is a multipurpose medium with a vast range of benefits. Place them indoors and outdoors for any purpose. Create PVC board signs for easy navigation. Use them to decorate venues and share information.

Decorative PVC Poster Signs
Print anything you like on PVC signs and use them at home and in the office. Print your friends' or family photographs, pet photos, beautiful landscapes, and inspirational quotes. Mount them on a living room wall or place them on your bedside table. For office decoration, you can install decorative PVC board printing in the reception areas, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and offices.

Informative PVC Signs

PVC Signs for Events
Custom PVC signs help create elegant decor for weddings, birthdays, parties, holidays, and anniversaries. Light and easy to handle like acrylic signs, they work well as outdoor and indoor embellishments. Print anything on these plaques, from minimalist graphics to color-rich images. You can also use PVC signs at trade shows. Mount them on booth walls, counters, and standing features to draw attention from every angle.

Mounting Options for Custom-Made PVC Signs
There are several ways for you to mount your custom PVC prints. We offer a range of installation options and accessories to facilitate the process.
- Standoffs: Standoffs are silver, gold, or black wall spacers. They allow you to hang your product from a wall through predrilled holes. Make sure you select the right number of drilled holes and standoffs before placing your order.
- Easel Backs: This mounting method is suitable for showcasing smaller sizes. Put it on an easel back and display it on a table, countertop, or any other flat surface.
- Command Strips: Command strips attach to the back of your PVC signs and are not visible. This will give your product a smooth and sleek appearance.
- Suction Cup and Hook: Mount your display on smooth surfaces, such as glass, with a suction cup and hook. Select the number of drilled holes to run the hooks through them easily.
Care for PVC Board Signs
Clean your custom PVC sign printing regularly with a damp, non-abrasive microfiber cloth to prevent dirt buildup. Use a gentle soap-and-water solution if it’s already dirty.
Dip a soft sponge into the liquid and gently clean your PVC sign board. Wipe the sign with a wet towel to rinse off the soapy water. Then wipe it dry.
Avoid using paint thinners, ammonia-based cleaners, bleach, and other harsh chemicals, as they’ll damage the printing and material.
Store your custom PVC sign in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Persistent sun exposure can bend the material over time. Leave it flat with graphics facing outward. Don’t put any other product on it.
These cleaning and storage techniques apply to both standard and dry-erase materials.
