I provided the artwork for the wall decal I needed and provided the original artwork that was not set on any background. The followed up to ask for a different file type that they would need to design the graphic, which I very much appreciated. However, when I received the mockup, the agent stated that a piece of it was recreated by the designer because they did not have the artwork for it. This was confusing and disappointing, because the design looked lazy as if the designer just typed in Times New Roman and made no effort to get it to look anything like mt artwork, I was also disappointed that the agent didn't simply ask for the piece of artwork that was missing. I stated as much in my reply, provided the artwork, and asked the designer to finish it. The artwork I provided had no background, just a logo and text, but the decal I received was on a white background and is going to force me to purchase another logo somewhere else, or repaint my entire office in an effort to match the white of the decal. I also followed the instructions by taping the decal to the wall first. When I then put the logo on and took the tape off, the tape left markings and residue that I cannot get off the decal. The decal also bubbled at the end caused crease that has likely ruined the decal. Overall, the process proved difficult at each step and the communication and instructions provided by the agents and the company failed to produce a useable product.

Regarding the background, the artwork on file for the original order included a white background, and the decal was produced to match. We understand that didn't align with your expectations, which is why we sent a clear decal as a replacement at no charge. We had also offered cut lettering as an alternative, with your original payment applied toward it.
