A gator board sign consists of a polystyrene foam core, encased in two durable wood-fiber veneer layers. The faces may feel like paper, but they are far more durable than they look. Our gator board signs come in all-white (core and surface) or black/white combination options. This unique construction makes them tough, while still being easy to mount or display.

Custom Cut
Design your board in whatever shape you like and choose this option so we cut it in that exact shape. Kindly bear in mind that if your design includes two pieces that are meant to be separated, you should order two separate boards. If the two pieces are in the same design, they will be connected to each other.
Custom Cut with Borders
This option is custom-shaped with an additional ¼”-½” border. The border will have the original color of the material you’ve chosen. Remember that the border thickness will be included in the board’s overall dimensions and not added to the original size you chose. If you want custom borders or if you want them in a color other than the basic black or white coat, you should include that border in the design and opt for our custom cutting option instead.

The print was poor quality, it looked like the image had been shifted while printing so all lines were double printed on both posters. I rechecked the files that I sent, and the images are crisp and high-quality. So I reached out to customer service right away to resolve the issue, and still do not have a resolution (it's been a week). They are unusable as they are.

I use these as calibration targets. They are quite rigid and compared to aluminum products, really light and easy to handle. Only improvement would be a true matte ink which will work well for calibration application (no glare).
