Corrugated Plastic Signs Overview
Looking for unique and durable custom signs to get your message across indoors and outdoors? Corrugated plastic signs are a cost-effective solution ideal for promotional and informative use.
Corrugated signs are 0.16” thick plastic panels made of coroplast. They’re water-proof and resistant to most weather conditions so with proper maintenance, they’ll serve you for a long time.
Square Signs offers single and double-sided printing options for corrugated plastic signs. The double-sided printing can be freestanding or hanging to ensure two-way visibility and amplify your message. Coroplast signs are portable and almost as lightweight as PVC signs.
Shapes for Corrugated Signs
We offer the following three cutting options for our corrugated signs:
- Square / Rectangle Cut - cut with 90 degree edges
- Outline Cut - cut in the exact shape of your design
- Overline Cut - cut in the shape of your design with a white border

Coroplast signs are a multipurpose medium used to attract the attention of passersby, be they on foot or in vehicles. They’re versatile with a wide range of applications. The most common uses for these plastic signs include but are not limited to:
- Promotional signs - These signs, similar to yard signs, are popular for displaying promotional messages. They capture the attention of passersby and reach a wide audience with vibrant graphics.
- Informative signs - They can also be used to share any kind of information. Just like aluminum signs, they’re a great medium for relaying instructions, business hours, directions and so on.
Note: Avoid folding your corrugated signs when storing to prevent damage.

What installation options are available?
We offer several installation options with H and spider stakes, command strips, grommets and zip ties. Check out our installation section for detailed instructions. Keep in mind that when you order these products in sizes greater than 48”x48”, the corrugated flutes will be horizontal and the product will no longer be compatible with stakes.
What’s the lifespan of coroplast signs?
Under moderate conditions, these displays will serve outdoors for more than 3 years. For extended durability, you can consider metal signs as an alternative.
Can corrugated plastic signs withstand heat?
Corrugated plastic signs can withstand heat as well as snow, hail, heavy rain and freezing temperatures.
