What Are Corrugated Plastic Signs?
Custom corrugated signs, also known as Coroplast signs, are 0.16” thick plastic panels made of corrugated plastic.
As a type of plastic sign, custom-printed Coroplast signs are used for real estate marketing, retail promotions, and ensuring safety at construction sites. They’re also effective for political campaigns and contractor business promotions.
Custom Coroplast signs are ideal for menu boards and point-of-purchase displays. Unique and lightweight, these sign options also make a cost-effective solution for informative, directional, and wayfinding use.
They’re waterproof and resistant to most weather conditions. This makes them durable for both indoor and outdoor use. We also offer a dry-erase printing option, which is especially useful for businesses that want to constantly update their messaging.
We print single- and double-sided custom corrugated plastic signs. The double-sided printing can be freestanding or hanging to ensure two-way visibility and amplify your message.
Make a custom corrugated plastic sign with Square Signs today. If you have artwork ready, you can easily upload it or your logo. You can also create a draft with our online sign designer, or browse ready-made templates.
We also have an AI feature that lets you generate images with simple prompts. You can also adjust colors, text, and more.
Printing Technology of Coroplast Signs
Custom corrugated signs are printed using high-resolution UV ink technology that bonds directly to the corrugated plastic surface. This process ensures vibrant, long-lasting colors that resist fading, even in outdoor conditions. Designs are printed on flat 0.16" corrugated polypropylene sheets using full-color UV digital printing.
The ink instantly cures under UV light, making the signs durable, weatherproof, and ideal for both short-term and extended use. Whether you're promoting a business, event, or real estate listing, corrugated sign printing delivers sharp graphics with professional quality at an affordable price.

Dry Erase Coroplast Signs
We also offer a dry-erase lamination option for Coroplast signs. The special laminate, made of UV-resistant polyester, pairs well with dry-erase markers. This allows users to write a temporary message that can be easily wiped off. It is an ideal option for businesses that want to showcase rotating messages on a daily or weekly basis. For restaurant owners, it’s perfect for updating daily specials. Construction sites often use them to display updated information, such as a “Days Without Accidents” counter. Retail stores place them throughout the store to highlight clearance sales. Schools also use them for schedules or messages of encouragement.
Our customization features allow you to print a permanent message on your Coroplast sign, such as a logo, with the dry-erase lamination. This allows you to promote your brand every day while conveying a new, unique message.
Dry-erase Coroplast signs are available in sizes from 6” x 6” to 48” x 38” with the standard square / rectangle cut. They come with optional grommets on all four corners or only the top two corners, and an optional H-stake. No other sizes, cutting options, or accessories are available for this option.

Common Uses of Corrugated Plastic Signs

Business Advertising
Since Coroplast signs are durable and long-lasting, they are a popular choice for business advertising. Because of their various installation options, restaurants, boutiques, and department stores use them to advertise their services outdoors or hang them up inside their establishments. PVC signs also work great for POP displays and menu boards.

Political Campaigns
Corrugated sign printing remains an excellent tool for visibility. Whether you’re running for office yourself, endorsing a political candidate, or want to create a non-partisan call-to-action, you can design your own political sign now and receive it within a few days after completing your order.

Events
Our custom-made Coroplast signs are useful for both event vendors and event planners. Since they’re easily transportable, long-lasting, and applicable for indoor or outdoor purposes, vendors can use them for booth displays, point-of-purchase displays, or hanging signage. Similarly, event planners can use them as safety and directional signs.

Safety Signs
Custom-printed Coroplast signs are an excellent solution for buildings that require safety notices. Fade-resistant UV inks keep important messaging crisp and readable for workers and visitors alike. Combined with the tear-resistant material, your message remains clear in any environment.

Directional Signs
Avoid confusion and make your visitors’ experience hassle-free with clearly legible Coroplast signs. Use these signs to guide customers, visitors, and employees through any venue. You can use them in shopping centers, hospitals, parking lots, and beyond.

Real Estate
Corrugated plastic’s weather-resistant material and affordability make it ideal for real estate agents to showcase their services or new listings outdoors. For realtors communicating “For Sale,” “Open House,” or “For Lease” messages, it proves extremely important in reaching their audience.

How To Care For Coroplast Signs
To ensure you get the most out of your corrugated sign and increase its lifespan, you must clean and care for it properly.
Use a soft cloth with soap and water, avoid hard chemicals, and wipe gently to clean your corrugated sign printing.
Keep it unbent and store it in a cool place away from extreme heat and direct sunlight. Also, avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.
For dry-erase laminated corrugated signs, employ the same care. However, you will want to take a few extra steps. Use dry-erase markers only. Do not use permanent markers or markers of any other kind. Use a whiteboard dry-erase eraser to remove the ink. Deep clean monthly with dish soap, water, and a microfiber cloth.
