Single-sided Aluminum Signs
A custom aluminum sign with the design printed on one side is a good fit for two options. The first is whether you intend to mount it on a wall. The second is on any other surface where the back side won't be visible.

Double-sided Aluminum Signs
Double-sided aluminum signs can help you get even more visibility. They will help you communicate your message effectively. You can print either the same or a different design with this option.

We use CNC routers that cut custom aluminum signs with precision. These machines eliminate waste and minimize errors while producing customized displays. The spindle operates at a high speed and is perfect for shaping a wide range of rigid materials. The following are the shapes available.

Square and Rectangle
These aluminum signs have pointed 90-degree corners. Handle the sharp corners with caution to avoid any accidents.

We also offer three thickness options: 0.040", 0.060", and 0.080". Thicker options are ideal for large outdoor aluminum signs (36" x 24" and above).

Lamination adds an extra layer of protection. We offer three lamination options: glossy, matte, and anti-graffiti. This is a practical option if your sign is in an area where it's vulnerable. These could be areas with heavy sun exposure, graffiti, or harsh conditions.

Which one should you choose?

• Glossy lamination makes your graphic more vibrant from a distance;
• Matte lamination reduces glare and scratches;
• Anti-graffiti specifically repels paint or markers so that it does not permanently damage your aluminum sign.

You can install your signs using different options such as standoffs, command strips, zip ties, and similar fasteners.

Step 1: Use the holes drilled in your custom aluminum signs to mark the areas for drilling holes into the wall.
Step 2: Drill the holes into the wall.
Step 3: Force the anchors into the holes in the wall.
Step 4: Screw the spacers onto the anchors.
Step 5: Align the drilled hole of the material with the hole of the spacer.
Step 6: Screw the cap into the hole to fix the product.
Step 7: Repeat the process for as many holes as there are.

Command strips come in pairs, with one layer to be attached to the back of your custom aluminum sign and the other adhering to the wall.

Step 1: Make sure the application surface is clean.
Step 2: Peel the backing paper off the adhesive part of the strips.
Step 3: Adhere the exposed backing of the strips to the back of your product.
Step 4: Peel the backing paper off the other side of the command strips.
Step 5: Mark the areas on the wall to adhere the command strips and make sure they're aligned with those on the back of the product.
Step 6: Firmly press the adhesive backs of the command strips to the wall.
Step 7: Attach the command strips on your custom aluminum signs to those on the wall by pressing the velcro layers to each other.

Step 1: Make sure that your sign is level.
Step 2: Pass the zip ties through the pre-drilled holes.
Step 3: Pull the zip ties tight at all the corners until there is no wiggle room left.
Step 4: Cut down the protruding parts with scissors for a cleaner look.

Step 1: Fold the wing of the easel back to open the pre-dotted area.
Step 2: Fold down the circular stabilizer and secure the wing in its slot.
Step 3: Remove the tape from the adhesive parts of the easel back.
Step 4: Fix the easel back to the back of the sign.
Step 5: Press for a few seconds to make sure they're firmly bound.

Keeping your decorative and business aluminum signs clean will ensure they last longer and maintain their vibrancy. Wipe it clean once a week with a dry, non-abrasive cloth to remove any dust.

If your sign comes with a protective laminate, then the procedure is a little different. Use a non-abrasive cloth, but apply a cleaning solution to it. We recommend a citrus cleaner or rubbing alcohol.

If you ever want to pack up your sign and store it, place it in a closed box, in a dark, dry place, and avoid placing other heavier objects on it.
