This is my first time with a window decal and besides not having the backing pre-slit, it went very well. Product is of great quality. I used a new razor blade to create my own slit down the middle, top to bottom. Because I was being very cautious not to cut the decal, I did have to rip the backing for separation. The slit down the middle assists with installation. Tape the decal first to the window, making sure it is level, then peal backing off one side, then the next. The perforation provides nice visibility out the back window. I'm very pleased.
