The recommended way to apply this option is by placing strips on the four corners of your foam board poster. They can support up to 12 Ibs of weight, so rest assured that the product will stay put.

Free Standing

The foam board isn’t self-supporting, but you can lean it against a wall or put it on a stand. We offer easel backs that function just like the easels of photo frames.

Hanging

Since foam board signs are light, you’re free to hang them on the wall or storefront window. If you’ve chosen custom foam board printing on both sides, consider hanging them from the ceiling for maximum efficiency.

Installation

You can install your foam board sign with different accessories, depending on where and how long you want your sign to serve.

Command Strips

Step 1: Clean the application area.
Step 2: Separate the strips and click them together.
Step 3: Peel the backing paper off the adhesive part of one of the strips.
Step 4: Adhere the exposed backing of the strips to the back of your product.
Step 5: Peel the backing paper off the other side of the command strips.
Step 6: Firmly press the adhesive backs of the command strips to the wall.
Step 7: Ensure that your product is firmly fastened to the application area.

Suction Cup & Hook

Step 1: Choose a clean, level, glossy application area (glass or metal).
Step 2: Position the suction cup on the installation area.
Step 3: Press on the central part of the suction cup to push out the air trapped beneath.
Step 4: Pass the hook through the cup.
Step 5: Repeat the process for as many suction cups and hooks as there are.
Step 6: Hang your product from the hooks.

Zip Ties

Step 1: Make sure that your product is level.
Step 2: Pass the zip tie through the grommet (pre-drilled hole).
Step 3: Pull the zip tie tight until there is no wiggle room.
Step 4: Cut the extra part for a cleaner look.
Step 5: Repeat the process for as many zip ties as there are.

Easel Backs

Step 1: Fold the wing of the easel back to open the pre-dotted area.
Step 2: Fold down the circular easel stabilizer to secure the wing in its slot.
Step 3: Remove the tape from the adhesive parts of the easel back.
Step 4: Fix the easel back to the back of your product.
Step 5: Press it for a few seconds to make sure it’s firmly bound.

How to Take Care of Foam Board Posters

Maintaining custom foam board signs is easy. All you need is a non-abrasive towel to remove any dust or residue that accumulates on your board.

If you want to store the product for later, place it in any standard box and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend using them outdoors for an extended period.
