When does production start?

Production begins once your order is confirmed, meaning:
  • The order form is completed;
  • Printing files are correctly submitted;
  • The design proof (if requested) is approved.
Production Schedule & Cutoff Times

Business Day Production

  • Turnaround time is measured in business days only;
  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from production;
  • No production occurs on non-working days.

*Large order quantities may extend standard production timeframes.

Daily Production Cutoff:

Our daily order cutoff is always 2:00 PM PT.

Fast Turnaround:

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PT: Begins production within 24 hours;
  • Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM PT: Begins production after 24 hours.

Standard Turnaround:

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PT: Begins production within 48 hours;
  • Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM PT: Begins production after 48 hours.

Freight Shipping

Products may require freight shipping if they:
  • Weigh more than 150 pounds;
  • Exceed certain dimensions (for example, 108 inches in length or 165 inches for length plus girth);
  • Consist of multiple smaller items consolidated on a pallet or skid.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free ground shipping on qualified orders over $99 across the contiguous US. This excludes products with at least one side larger than 36” and freight shipments.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer ground, express, and freight shipping. Local pickup is also available from our Burbank, CA facility at no extra cost.

Does shipping time include production time?

No. Shipping time is separate from production time. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes both.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We currently ship to Canada. Customs clearance fees will be assessed upon product arrival in Canada.

Yes. Local pickup is available from our Burbank, CA facility, which is situated at 3520 Valhalla Dr., Burbank, CA 91505-1126. Pickup dates vary by product and will be shown when selecting “Local Pickup”. Please wait for email confirmation before arriving.
