When does production start?
Production begins once your order is confirmed, meaning:
- The order form is completed;
- Printing files are correctly submitted;
- The design proof (if requested) is approved.

Business Day Production
- Turnaround time is measured in business days only;
- Weekends and holidays are excluded from production;
- No production occurs on non-working days.
Daily Production Cutoff:
Our daily order cutoff is always 2:00 PM PT.
Fast Turnaround:
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PT: Begins production within 24 hours;
- Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM PT: Begins production after 24 hours.
Standard Turnaround:
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PT: Begins production within 48 hours;
