Reflective Aluminum Sign Printing
We use advanced full-color printing technology for custom reflective aluminum signs. The method we use isn’t based on cutting the adhesive reflective material and sticking it on the sign. Instead, we print your desired design, be it a photo or text, directly onto the material. This allows you to fully personalize your reflective signs. - Single-Sided Retroreflective Signs: Printed on one side only, with the back left plain white aluminum. Ideal for wall-mounted displays like nameplates and directional panels.
- Double-Sided Retroreflective Signs: Printed on both sides for maximum visibility—perfect for hanging signs or pole-mounted displays. Great for house numbers, directional signs, or address markers. By default, both sides have the same design; for different artwork on each side, please contact us.

Reflective Signs Material
We use composite aluminum, also called Dibond, as the core of reflective signs. It consists of two metal panels with polyethylene foam sandwiched between. The sheeting we add to the faces is high-quality vinyl. So, how does it work? There are micro glass beads that reflect the light all over the vinyl surface. Also called retroreflective, the sheet sends the light back in the direction of the source instead of deflecting it in different directions. This feature provides the viewer with a clearer image. Thanks to this material, you get your display “illuminated” without electricity or another energy source.

- Rounded: The most popular option for custom reflective signs. Sharp corners are smoothed to a ¼"-½" radius for a safer, more polished finish. This is the default selection in our design tool.
- Square/Rectangle: Traditional 90° angled corners offer a clean, classic look. While visually crisp, the sharp corners may pose a safety risk—best for elevated or out-of-reach mounting locations.
- Circle/Oval: Choose this option for rounded signs. The final shape depends on your selected dimensions—a perfect circle for equal width and height, or an oval when the measurements differ.
- Outline: Get your sign cut in the exact shape of your custom design. Note: if your artwork has disconnected elements, they’ll be joined unless ordered as separate pieces.
- Overline: Adds a white border (¼"-½") around the shape of your design. The border is included in the final dimensions. If you want a colored or patterned border, include it in your artwork and select the outline cut instead.
