Standard Aluminum

Aluminum is a highly durable, corrosion resistant, eco-friendly and UV-safe material. Our standard product comes in 0.040” thick sheets with a white coat. The coating offers a perfect backdrop for high contrast colors, making it well suited for displaying metal photo prints with vibrant graphics. Dibond

Dibond is a more advanced type of composite aluminum. It’s made of two aluminum sheets with an extra sheet of plastic in between. A regular sheet of this material is 0.125” thick but the material is both lighter and more resilient than standard aluminum. Printing Photos on Metal

Our digital printers apply UV inks onto the metal finish of your choice while simultaneously drying the inks with a UV curing system. This makes the inks fade and sun-resistant so that your metal art prints will retain their vivid colors for a long time.

Metal Prints by Shape

We offer our metal picture prints in several shapes. We have four main cutting options for metal prints, the most popular of which are rectangular and square cuts. Choose any of the options you prefer to make your very own custom metal prints.

• Square/Rectangle Cut

This cutting option means that your metal prints will be cut in a regular square or rectangle shape with sharp corners.

• Rounded Cut

This is similar to square or rectangular cut metal prints but with rounded corners to provide a smoother shape.

• Outline Cut

With this cutting option, your aluminum art prints will be cut in the exact shape of their design and without any additional space around them.

• Overline Cut

The overline cutting option will give you an aluminum print cut into the shape of your exact design with a thin border running around it.

Metal Prints by Mounting

Standoff Mounting

Hanging up your custom metal photo prints with the help of metallic or gold standoffs gives your metal prints a polished look. You can choose however many standoffs the size of the product requires. You may also choose to have evenly-spaced holes drilled in the edges of the mini to large metal prints for easy installation.

Command Strip Mounting

If you prefer a clean hanging method for your metal prints without anything obstructing the actual design, command strips are the way to go. They’re also a good choice if you intend to move your metal prints from one place to another. The command strips don’t leave holes in the wall and are easy to remove.

How are metal prints hung?

Standoffs can hold larger sizes with a polished appearance. Command strips go invisible on the back of the medium and don’t require any holes to be made in the wall.
